Director of Organic Social, a full-time position, is responsible for leading and evolving the brand's organic social media strategy, overseeing content programming, and optimizing performance across platforms like Instagram and YouTube. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategy and execution of organic social presence across core channels and emerging platforms Develop data-driven creative strategies and manage a comprehensive social measurement framework Mentor and develop the social team while managing external partners for content execution Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 7+ years of experience leading social media at established brands Proven track record of driving creative innovation and engagement metrics in social channels Experience in DTC, Wellness, and Lifestyle brands is a plus Strong cross-functional operational skills with a data-driven mindset
