iStaffing is currently hiring an experienced Mixer Operator for a valued client in Tucker, GA. This is a 2nd shift, temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing baking company seeking dependable and skilled candidates to join their production team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate industrial mixing equipment in a commercial baking environment.
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to production specifications.
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work closely with production teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous Mixer Operator experience is required.
• Must have experience working in a food manufacturing or food production facility.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical job duties throughout the shift.
