Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

As an Advanced Practice Provider at CVS Health in the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will deliver high-quality primary and urgent care in a patient-centered, team-based environment. You’ll assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and educate patients on prevention and wellness. Collaborating closely with pharmacists, physicians, and care teams across CVS Health, you’ll leverage integrated clinical tools and EHR systems to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
