Press Brake Operator - Compumeric

Working under the general direction of the supervisor or lead person, performs a wide variety of duties associated with metal fabrication equipment mainly in the press brake area.

This position offers a pay of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime based on business needs.

This position operates on a MondayFriday schedule. Employees may be assigned to one of the following shifts based on operational and business needs:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Shift assignment will be determined based on company needs and may be discussed at the time of hire.

Reads and interprets blueprints. Understands how to safely operate powered hand tools. Demonstrated ability with precision measurement equipment. Capable of equipment adjustment. Ability to load and position parts. Maintains area hygiene above industry standards. Develop and maintain solid employee morale and safety awareness. Adheres to safety and environmental rules. Performs general housekeeping. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous manufacturing experience (Production).
• Press brake experience is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.

• Basic to operate CNC machine screen.

• Measurement skills

• Blueprint and drawings readings desirable
