Principal Field Clinical Specialist - Mitral & Tricuspid (Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky/Cincinnati)

Medtronic seeks a Principal Field Clinical Specialist to provide clinical study support, technical expertise, and site training for mitral and tricuspid valve therapies. The role involves 75% travel across Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, and Ohio to support clinical programs and advance patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site clinical education and consulting at assigned hospital and research sites
Provide technical device support including preparation, troubleshooting, and suitability assessment for Intrepid TMVR/TTVR procedures
Support patient screening, enrollment, and case documentation for clinical investigations
Develop and deliver physician training including hands-on simulator sessions and didactic presentations
Coordinate communication between clinical sites and internal teams regarding product performance and enrollment progress

Requirements

High school diploma plus 8+ years clinical support experience, or associate degree with relevant background
Comprehensive knowledge of transcatheter mitral and tricuspid valve replacement/repair devices and procedures
Strong understanding of imaging modalities including echocardiography, angiography, and CT imaging
Ability to travel 75% including international travel
Capability to develop and maintain relationships with physicians, research coordinators, and hospital staff
Experience in clinical education, training delivery, and technical troubleshooting
