Responsibilities EHS engagement programs and communications to promote safety and sustainability. EHS behavioral safety and sustainability programs EHS communications Safety and sustainability recognition programs Development and delivery of safety and sustainability campaigns and programs Supporting activities which elevate engagement across the EHS Department Exploring and developing new and innovative ways to increase EHS engagement across the organization This role will suit organized individuals who are confident maintaining progress across planned workstreams, whilst also remaining agile to explore and exploit emerging opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in an EHS operational role, with experience of leveraging communications, marketing or employee engagement activities to improve performance. Travel 5-10% Compensation and Benefits The anticipated base salary range for this position is $80,750.00 to $132,650.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
