Role Overview

As a Patient Registration Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. You will support clinic staff, medical professionals, and patients by managing registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions. Your role is crucial in maintaining an organized and efficient patient flow, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare services.

What You Will Do

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Verify insurance and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
• Handle cash collections and reconcile patient charts accurately.
• Preregister patients and manage their discharge process efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Center for complex financial inquiries.
• Maintain a fast-paced, organized workflow despite frequent interruptions.

• Ability to perform calculations and complete forms.
• Proficiency in using computer information systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Demonstrated ability to work with detailed information and multitask.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with a clinic environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
