Role Overview

As a Clinic Service Representative, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out. You¿ll support patients, medical staff, and clinic operations by managing registration activities, insurance verification, and financial discussions. Your work directly contributes to the efficiency and excellence of our clinic, making a meaningful impact on patient care and satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Verify insurance and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
• Handle cash collections and reconcile patient charts accurately.
• Preregister patients and manage their discharge process.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Center for complex financial inquiries.
• Maintain a fast-paced, organized workflow in a team-oriented environment.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform calculations and complete forms.
• Basic computer skills, including navigating software and email.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, staff, and visitors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Dependable, punctual, and organized with strong multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with a clinic environment.
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
