What You’ll Handle

As our Housekeeping Coordinator, you’ll keep the housekeeping operation running smoothly so rooms, public spaces, and guest requests stay on track. You’ll coordinate daily workflows, keep information organized, and help the team deliver a consistently clean, welcoming resort.

Required skills/qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age
• Housekeeping, hotel operations, or related admin experience preferred
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
• Clear verbal/written communication
• Fluent in Spanish
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; PMS familiarity a plus
• Flexible to work weekends/holidays

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate room assignments and special requests
• Serving as the go-to contact for housekeeping questions
• Update logs, schedules, inventory lists, and work orders
• Partner with the front desk, maintenance, and leaders to keep communication crisp
• Track linens and supply levels and placing orders as needed
• Complete room/area inspections for quality
• Prepare reports, updating databases, and processing invoices
• Support health and safety compliance
• Assist the housekeeping team in hands-on cleaning tasks when necessary to meet operational needs.
