We’re looking for passionate and proactive Nurse Practitioners to join our mission of healing and innovation. What You’ll Do Advanced Wound Care & Patient Assessment – Conduct thorough assessments of chronic and acute wounds. Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans. Apply advanced techniques such as debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control. Collaborative Clinical Leadership – Partner with facility healthcare teams to coordinate care plans and treatment updates, ensuring continuity of care through consistent communication and collaboration. Multi‑Facility Travel & Scheduling – Manage a travel schedule visiting multiple facilities weekly, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery with professionalism and compassion.
