Home of the 2022 USBA Nationals, we take great pride in running one of the finest billiard rooms in the country. Our 5000-square-foot room features 9 Pool Tables, 2 Snooker Tables, and 4 Carom Billiard Tables. Work in a fun and upbeat atmosphere offering Pro Bristle Board Steeltip Darts, Foosball (Table Soccer), pool and snooker lessons, cue repairs, and a wide array of billiard-related products. Enjoy a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks, competitive wages plus tips, and incentives such as free table time off duty.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and register them in the daily sales/time log book
• Operate the Clover POS system for table time fees and consumables sales
• Collect payments and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain strict standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the establishment and equipment
• Manage a sometimes fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent observation skills
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times

Required Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Friendly demeanor with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of billiards, darts, and foosball
• Previous customer service experience in a recreational or hospitality setting
• Basic cashier and money handling experience

We are a beautiful Billiard/Pool Room with 6 pool table and 7 carom billiard tables. We host APA & BCA Pool leagues weekly. We have a beer and wine license so you must be 21 years old to apply,.
