At Gala Cleaning Service LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality residential cleaning services throughout the Baltimore area. We are a family-oriented company focused on professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer service. We are currently looking for motivated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential cleaning services including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common spaces
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces
- Clean appliances, countertops, mirrors, fixtures, and furniture
- Follow company cleaning checklists and quality standards
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and properly
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and maintain a positive attitude
- Report any damages or concerns to management
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and professional
- Authorized to work in the United States
