Parts and Service Administrator

About the Role Our client is looking for a dependable and organized Parts and Service Administrator to support daily operations. This role combines customer service, work order administration, and parts support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with customers, assisting with parts needs, and keeping service-related paperwork and administrative tasks organized. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with parts inquiries, service questions, and general requests. Create, update, and maintain work orders and service documentation. Provide support at the parts counter, including identifying parts and checking availability. Assist with parts ordering, tracking, and inventory records. Coordinate with technicians and service personnel to support daily operations. Communicate with customers regarding service updates and parts availability. Maintain accurate records and help keep the parts and service departments organized. Provide general administrative support to the branch as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in parts, service administration, customer service, or a related position. Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, automotive, diesel, or a similar industry is preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to multitask and work effectively with customers, technicians, and other team members. Experience working with work orders, purchase orders, service billing, or invoicing is preferred.
