• Support specimen acquisition and prepare samples for examination as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory processes, assist in the training of new personnel or students, and help maintain quality standards in the laboratory.
• Ensure a tidy, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health field with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Required

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification must be obtained within a year after hiring.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification during your employment.
