The Digital Project Manager Ad Agency is a full-time contract position responsible for working closely with the Digital team to manage a variety of digital projects, including field tools, websites, emails, banner advertisements, and digital applications .

The ideal candidate will have 3 5+ years of project management experience , preferably supporting pharmaceutical clients within an advertising agency or creative agency environment . The candidate should have experience managing digital projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess knowledge of HTML, SEO, digital/mobile metrics, AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), website development, and UI/UX .

Key Responsibilities Digital Project Management

• Manage a variety of digital projects, including field tools, websites, emails, banner ads, and applications.

• Prepare and/or review project documentation, including functional requirements, to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly.

• Manage internal project coordination and resource scheduling for assigned project workloads.

• Attend client meetings with the Account Manager and serve as a key point of contact to ensure project information is communicated quickly and accurately to all stakeholders.

• Facilitate timely and accurate communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget .

• Assist the Associate Director, Digital and Digital Account Manager with developing project estimates and timelines.

• Assist with billing activities and ensure billing is completed according to schedule.

• Track project time on a daily basis.

Agency & Creative Workflow

• Maintain a strong understanding of the Agency Workflow Process , including:

  • Project initiation and kickoff

  • Cross-functional collaboration

  • Required approvals and reviews

  • Production

  • Final delivery

  • Archiving

• Partner closely with creative teams on digital project initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to both strategic objectives and project details.

Digital & Technical Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of HTML development and technical constraints to digital projects.

• Understand SEO measurement and management principles.

• Work with digital and mobile performance metrics .

• Have knowledge of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and website development.

• Understand UI/UX principles as they relate to digital experiences.

• Ensure digital deliverables comply with applicable technical and business requirements.

Pharmaceutical / Compliance Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of relevant guidelines and processes, including:

  • Corporate branding guidelines

  • Promotional material development

  • Veeva submission

  • Material review processes

  • Corporate compliance requirements
