JOB DESCRIPTION :

Help oversee a team of technicians of various levels and assist with training You will be required to maintain, repair, and optimize industrial production equipment, machinery, and systems. 50 / 50% of time will be PM work vs corrective maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal functioning. Understand and interpretmechanical drawings for troubleshooting and repairs. Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including motor issues and control systems. Ability to troubleshoot control systems utilizing 480Vac and 120V / Low Voltage control power. Read and understand wiring schematics, electrical specifications, and system layouts. Utilize CMMS (ComputerizedMaintenanceManagement System) to document repairs and manage work orders. Perform basicmaintenanceand troubleshooting on boiler and refrigeration systems.

QUALIFICATIONS :

4+ years of industrial maintenance experience Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment Experience with electrical and mechanical repairs on production equipment Experience reading blueprints / schematics Own tools Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $38.00 / hr.
