Vice President of Operations

What you’ll do Oversee all aspects of flight operations, including flight planning, crew scheduling, aircraft maintenance, and customer service. You’ll maintain a strong relationship with FSDO and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and safety standards, including FAA regulations, TSA requirements, and international aviation regulations. What you’ll need Bachelor's degree. At least 10 years of experience in Part 121 and Part 135 aviation operations management, with a strong track record of success in delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Demonstrated knowledge of FAA regulations, TSA requirements, and international aviation regulations. You’ll also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and leadership qualities that enable you to motivate and mentor a team of operations personnel.
