The Job The Walmart Connect Advertising Sales team delivers expert support to advance connected TV advertising solutions. This group emphasizes client engagement, relationship management, and internal sales advocacy to drive growth. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team develops tailored advertising strategies aligned with business goals. Members utilize data-driven insights and clear communication to enhance sales effectiveness. As a Senior Partner, Advertising Sales, CTV Sales Specialist at Walmart Connect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet both immediate and strategic customer needs. This role requires effective communication, financial acumen, and data-driven decision-making to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. You will lead business initiatives, foster strong client relationships, and support team development while upholding Walmart’s values and ethical standards. Become an expert in the unique value proposition of Walmart Connect’s CTV offering through deep partnership with Product and Sales teams. Use your experience to drive customer engagements focused on our CTV value proposition. Reach and strive to exceed sales quotas while contributing to our team goals. Manage a variety of advertiser accounts. Travel to client meetings and collaborate with colleagues onsite in one of our Walmart Connect office locations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored advertising solutions that meet customer needs. Communicate effectively across departments to align strategies and incorporate feedback. Manage financial outcomes including revenue generation, budgeting, and cost efficiency. Utilize data and metrics to analyze challenges and implement effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong client relationships while fostering a positive work environment. Lead and mentor associates by setting expectations, providing coaching, and promoting professional growth. Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, removing obstacles, and measuring progress. Uphold company policies, ethics, and standards to ensure compliance and integrity. What you’ll bring: Natural curiosity and dedication to getting answers to questions, especially through data interpretation Passion for digital advertising, building fruitful partnerships, and becoming an expert in the wide world of Walmart Merchandising An ability to quickly build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external 8+ years of experience in digital sales with at least 2 years of experience in CTV sales experience in developing and executing advertising sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, forecast results, and optimize cost efficiency. Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and metrics to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Leadership experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams. Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a professional work environment. Adaptability and resilience in managing multiple projects and shifting priorities. Minimum Qualifications Experience in advertising sales, including social media ad sales Experience managing internal and external relationships Experience in retail media Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area Management experience Experience working with Fortune 500 advertisers, agencies, and clients Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
