BOOKKEEPER
Our client is a well-established, family-owned accounting firm looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their collaborative team.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15239 | Full-Time | $50,000$70,000
The Bookkeeper will maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and other financial tools.
Record and manage financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
The Bookkeeper will perform bank and financial statement reconciliations and research discrepancies.
Assist with preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Support month-end and year-end close processes by organizing financial data and preparing supporting documentation.
The Bookkeeper will assist with other bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous bookkeeping or basic accounting experience.
Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Experience performing bank reconciliations.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
