Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and orthopedic problems using standardized testing and evaluations.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on patient evaluations, functional capabilities, and personal goals, ensuring regular updates and modifications as necessary.
• Administer diverse therapeutic modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education to enhance patient recovery.
• Document patient progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintaining high standards of record-keeping.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment processes, home exercise plans, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications to promote wellness and prevent re-injury.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, to develop holistic rehabilitation strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications
