Recovery Coach & Peer Support Specialist

A healthcare organization based in Providence, RI is seeking a Peer Recovery Specialist to provide support services and advocate for clients' recovery. The role involves mentoring clients, assisting with health objectives, and coordinating with Integrated Health Home teams. Candidates should have a Peer Recovery Specialist Certification or be willing to obtain it, along with strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of community resources is beneficial.
