About the Role
The Company is seeking a Division Chief for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. The successful candidate will be a distinguished clinician, researcher, and educator, responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for the division. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, including a fellowship training program, and providing comprehensive ambulatory and inpatient services. The Division Chief will also be expected to perform clinical duties in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, serve as a mentor, and actively engage in research. The ideal candidate will be a Board-Certified MFM specialist, with a strong background in clinical care, teaching, and research, and will be instrumental in the recruitment and retention of division faculty. Applicants for the Division Chief position must hold an MD, DO, or equivalent degree, be Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Arizona. Fellowship training in Maternal-Fetal Medicine is mandatory. The role requires a candidate who can demonstrate excellence in clinical practice, innovative research, and a commitment to education. The Division Chief will work closely with the Department Chair to foster a culture of inquiry and innovation and will be expected to have a significant impact on the division's growth and development. Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to build and nurture multidisciplinary care teams.
