Work Environment\n

Our remote work setting allows you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own home, offering essential flexibility while maintaining a strong support network within the team. The work schedule consists of Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the patients' needs and create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, facilitating healing and progress.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that enable patients to share experiences, learn coping mechanisms, and build a community of support.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support in emergencies, employing skills to de-escalate situations and refer to appropriate resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
