Work Environment\n

This position will be conducted through a telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience in service delivery. Mental health counselors will utilize advanced telecommunication technologies to engage with clients, ensuring that all therapy sessions are effective and supportive. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to better meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the complexities of individual patients and develop tailored treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to provide effective treatment.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that promote mental wellness and community support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure seamless and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and management during mental health emergencies, deploying immediate support as needed.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health concerns and treatment strategies, increasing their awareness of available community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in alignment with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations and actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will engage with a varied patient demographic, allowing counselors to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Pennsylvania is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
