What You'll Do
As a Caregiver / Resident Assistant, you'll make a meaningful impact by:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Building relationships with residents while providing compassionate, person-centered care
- Encouraging social engagement and participation in activities
- Helping create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment
- Working closely with nurses and fellow team members to deliver exceptional care
Qualifications
We're looking for compassionate, dependable people who enjoy helping others.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, DSP, Resident Assistant, or in a similar direct care role
- Certification is not required
- Memory Care experience is a plus
Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities Available
We're hiring for multiple schedules to fit your availability.
PRN Requirements:
- Work a minimum of 3 shifts within a 30-day period
- Work 1 weekend shift
- Work 1 major holiday
