Service Dept. Call Center Representative

Wayne Ford is seeking a friendly, dependable Service Department Call Center Representative / Service Appointment Coordinator to help customers schedule vehicle service and stay informed about their service needs. You will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, manage the service appointment calendar, and follow up with customers about ordered parts. This role supports the dealership’s service team by keeping appointments organized and providing professional, helpful customer care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to help customers with service appointments and service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and keep the appointment calendar organized and up to date.
- Follow up with customers about ordered parts and vehicle service needs.
- Support the service team through dependable appointment coordination and clear, friendly customer communication.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, customer-focused approach and comfort communicating by phone.
- Strong organizational skills and dependability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
