Job Title: Machine Operator - Press Operator
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85027

About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our production team in Phoenix, AZ. As a Machine Operator, you will support our manufacturing operations by using semi-automatic metal pressing machines and measurement devices to ensure production quotas are met with the highest quality standards.
Schedule:

• Full-time, Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Overtime may be required on Saturday and Sunday as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures.
• Use basic computer skills to enter data, track progress, and document results within production systems.
• Operate measurement devices (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure products meet company standards.
• Consistently meet daily quotas and contribute to team efficiency.
• Inspect products during and after production to uphold quality standards, reporting any defects to supervisors immediately.

Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States (must be considered a U.S. Person).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and quotas.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a strong, hands-on work ethic.
• Adherence to safety protocols and maintenance of a clean workspace.
• Consistent and reliable attendance is a must.
• Strong time management, organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Aptitude for using computers and software applications.
• General manufacturing experience is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Combination of manufacturing and general office environment.
• Exposure to the hazards of manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Frequent lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 10 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and walking to different stations.
• Good hand strength/dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive movements.
• Ability to handle small tools, parts, and machinery with precision.
• Visual acuity required for measurement and monitoring tasks.
• Hearing ability required to detect alarms and communicate in a noisy environment.
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as vinyl gloves and safety glasses is required.
