Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.
• Identify and report any damages, maintenance issues, or cleanliness deficiencies promptly.
• Ensure all housekeeping procedures are followed efficiently, including floor care, dusting, linen replacement, and sanitation protocols.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to communicate inspection results and prioritize areas needing attention.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, issues found, and corrective actions taken.
• Assist in training new housekeeping team members on inspection standards and procedures.
• Support overall hotel cleanliness initiatives by participating in deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments when needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial work, or industrial cleaning environments.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and sanitation standards within hospitality settings.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying issues before guests do.
• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods while inspecting rooms thoroughly.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with housekeeping staff and management seamlessly.
• Familiarity with custodial equipment and cleaning supplies used in hotel environments.
