A rare gem on Florida's Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, Naples Beach Club, a Four Seasons Resort, is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222-room hotel all within a 125-acre walkable coastal village in the heart of Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and artfully reimagined for modern-day elegance, the resort includes residents-only facilities and amenities, a luxury spa and state-of-the-art well-being/fitness center, exquisite and diverse fine dining outlets, outdoor pursuits to include a tennis center, and an 18-hole golf course, bowling and movie theater experiences, and an exclusive private club. The project includes a new 220-room luxury hotel and 156 luxury residential units located on both sides of Gulf Shore Drive over 120 acres.

On the white sands of Naples, an array of a la carte services will be offered, including a world-class 18-hole golf course designed by Fazio. Club amenities such as tennis, bowling, extensive KFAS are part of this development.

Eight F&B Outlets total - HBs, The Merchant Room by Gavin Kaysen (Chef Partner), The Wager (Sports Pub), Residences Beach House, Sunset Bar, Cova Lounge, The Shed, and Naples Trading Co.

11,840 sq.ft. of stunning meeting and event spaces including: 6,600 sq.ft ballroom with indoor/outdoor pre-function venue and ability to hold functions directly on the beach.

Approximatively 25000 sq.ft of spa and fitness center space with a total of 16 treatment rooms and state of the art equipment. 4000 sq.ft fitness center and lap pool. Also 3000 sq ft co-ed thermal experience.

Having a proven track record as an existing Hotel/Resort Manager is preferred. Experience at a resort property is ideal to set the candidate up for success at Naples Beach Club where the property has an extensive amenity and residential component. Experience or knowledge of Residences operation is preferred. Strong financial business acumen and relationship management are key.

Preference is given to a candidate with a strong Food & Beverage background. The Resort Manager in partnership with the Director of Food & Beverage works closely with ownership and key players, like outsourced chef partnerships, to successfully run and execute the Food & Beverage operation. In addition to being creative to assist with running exclusive and high-end events. This position reports to the General Manager who is very involved with ownership and residents, so the ability to run the daily operations of the hotel is key. Partner with community influencers and position the newly reimagined Hotel as the leader in the market. Proficiently in English is required and other languages are also welcome.

A strong leader who understands and respects the resort's position in the market, and broader collection of Four Seasons – MSD who owns Maui, Hualalai, Orlando, Vail and Jackson Hole will be our partners. The ability to work collaboratively and position resort correctly for both ownership and Four Seasons is critical. Strong EQ - relationship management is key for all stakeholders (internal, external, ownership, and Four Seasons brand). Proactive influencer and future-focused leader who can drive the business and bring to life the vision of the hotel. Strong leadership to maximize the relationships between MSD and third-party restaurant partnerships. Demonstrated ability to foster strong partnerships with Club leadership, members, and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment across all aspects of club operations. Adept at working alongside high-profile third-party chefs, translating creative culinary concepts into exceptional guest experiences through strong communication, collaboration, and operational leadership.

Agile and dynamic leader. Embrace a shared services model/flex work arrangements. Ability to work collaboratively with and complement an established shared services team. A mindset focused on the employee experience with the mantra of a great place to work for all (at all levels consistently).

Attention to detail, style, and aesthetics of the resort is critical. Delivery of service and innovative products and physical maintenance are very important. Continuous engagement with stakeholders and follow-up are critical. Thoughtful in creating a strategy to position the newly reimagined hotel in the Naples market. Support and align team on project management to deliver renovation and service products.

Proactive influencer of business direction; ability to establish and communicate clear vision and strategy. Ability to drive a culture of profitability. The ability to react and adjust to changing business environment and lead the team in ensuring efficient financial management of the business. Ensure the shared service model is efficient and profitable.
