Content Specialist for Afterschool Programs

Harlem YMCA is seeking a Content Specialist to select and manage program content and curricula for up to three COMPASS programs. Under the Program Director, you will oversee implementation and provide coaching to staff to ensure high-quality lesson delivery. You will help maintain accurate documentation, support staff training, and ensure activities align with YMCA standards and OCFS/DOH requirements, contributing to a safe, engaging environment for youth development. #J-18808-Ljbffr YMCA of the USA
