Part-Time Mailroom Associate
Blue Sky Solutions Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented person to join our Las Vegas mailroom team. No previous mailroom experience is required. Hands-on training will be provided.

This position is a good fit for someone who is reliable, comfortable using a computer, and enjoys organized, detail-focused work. Previous mailroom, shipping, office, or customer-service experience is helpful but not required.

Regular Schedule

• Monday: 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Wednesday: 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Thursday: 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Approximately 18 hours per week
• Occasional additional hours or alternate-day coverage may be available.

This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time employment as business needs develop. 

Compensation

• $14.00 per hour during hands-on training.
• $16.00 per hour once the employee demonstrates the ability to perform the position’s core responsibilities accurately and independently.
• Training duration varies based on the employee’s experience and progress.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, sort, and log incoming mail and packages.
• Scan and prepare client mail for forwarding.
• Prepare postage and outgoing shipments.
• Assist clients with mail and package pickup.
• Keep mailroom and client records accurate and organized. 
• Follow established USPS and Commercial Mail Receiving Agency procedures.
• Operate scanners, copiers, and other standard office equipment.
• Use Stamps.com, SugarCRM, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google and other web-based applications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 20 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform routine mailroom tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
