Committee for Hispanic Children and Fami

The Family Advocate at Committee for Hispanic Children and Families (CHCF) in Brooklyn, NY works with a team to engage families to support children’s healthy development and school readiness, providing targeted support to families with chronic health conditions and special needs. You will help expand family engagement strategies, maintain records, collaborate with health and nutrition teams, and travel between Bronx and Brooklyn as needed to serve centers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
