Be the single point of accountability between client demand and execution.Role DescriptionWhat This Role Owns Client Interface (non-negotiable)Act as the primary SPOC for client stakeholdersManage expectations across demand, timelines, and qualityRun governance cadence (weekly / monthly reviews)Build long-term trust to drive repeat businessDemand to Delivery Ownership Convert client requirements into actionable hiring / delivery plansDrive the end-to-end pipeline: submissions ? interviews ? closuresEnsure speed, quality, and fit of talent deliveredEscalate risks early and drive quick resolutionDelivery & Quality ControlEnsure SLA adherence (TAT, quality, compliance)Own issue resolution end-to-endPrevent delivery surprises through proactive communicationAnchor: Strong relationship management, expectation control, and issue resolutionStakeholder Alignment Align client, recruiters, and internal leadershipRemove friction across the hiring lifecycleDrive clarity on priorities and expected outcomesReporting & Insights Own dashboards: demand, pipeline, closures, and agingUse data to drive decisions, not just reportingAccount Growth Identify expansion opportunities within the accountPartner with sales teams for growth and renewalsConvert delivery credibility into revenue growthSuccess Metrics Client satisfaction / NPSFill rate & time-to-fillSubmission ? hire conversionSLA adherenceAccount growthAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
