Assistant General Counsel, IM Global Supply Chain

Responsibilities Serve as primary legal advisor for Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (Value Chain Management), including network strategy, supply chain business development, licensing, strategic alliances, and complex commercial transactions. Provide practical counsel to manufacturing, procurement, and supply operations on key strategic/operational priorities. Advise on global logistics, distribution, deliver operations, inventory management, supply resilience and continuity in a highly regulated environment. Lead negotiation of significant strategic, commercial, and operational agreements. Identify, assess, and manage legal, regulatory, commercial, geopolitical, and reputational risks. Provide thought leadership on emerging supply chain regulation, ESG, trade controls, sanctions, governance, and digital transformation. Coordinate cross-functional legal support across IP, Regulatory, Health Care Compliance, Privacy, Employment, Tax, and other specialties. Qualifications Extensive experience supporting complex commercial, manufacturing, healthcare/pharmaceutical, and/or global supply chain organizations. Ability to advise, challenge, and influence senior executives; strong judgment and practical risk assessment. Significant experience leading negotiations/transactions and strategic alliances. Strong strategic, operational, and financial acumen. Proven ability to lead cross-functional/global initiatives in a matrixed, regulated, fast-moving environment. Experience leading/coaching teams and fostering inclusive, high-performance culture. License to practice law in at least one jurisdiction; minimum 10 years’ experience. Preferred Skills Business Agility, Compliance Management, Critical Thinking, Dispute Resolution, Negotiation, Program Management, Strategic Thinking.
