Cheeky Monkeys in Atascocita is looking for a Party Host to join our amazing team. We are located in Atascocita, TX. We're looking for energetic individuals who are passionate about creating a fun and safe environment for children. If you enjoy working collaboratively, have a knack for providing excellent customer service, and love interacting with kids, this is the perfect role for you.

About Us

At Cheeky Monkeys, we believe in the power of play, learning, and celebration. Our center brings children aged 10 months to 8 years together to explore, create, and grow in a safe, engaging environment. From interactive soft play areas and arts and crafts stations to themed birthday parties and a cozy café for parents, we’re all about creating positive memories for families.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, answer questions about the facility and party packages, and assist parents or guardians as needed in person and over the phone.
• Plan, organize, and deliver a fun, memorable, and well-coordinated party experience for all guests.
• Serve as the main point of contact during events, providing outstanding customer service throughout the party.
• Create a welcoming, energetic, and child-friendly atmosphere for families and guests.
• Oversee event setup to ensure all supplies, decorations, and equipment are prepared before the party begins.
• Manage the party schedule and ensure activities such as games, entertainment, and meals run on time.
• Coordinate smooth transitions between activities to keep events flowing seamlessly.
• Lead and facilitate party activities, including games, music, and group engagement.
• Ensure all activities are inclusive, age-appropriate, and engaging for every child.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and order within the play and café areas.
• Regularly clean and sanitize play structures, equipment, and café spaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Remain alert and proactive in identifying and addressing any safety concerns or issues promptly.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Promote teamwork by fostering a fun, supportive, and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience working with children is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (including greeting guests at check-in and on the phone)

Ability to handle cash transactions and basic cashiering knowledge.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Must be reliable, punctual, and attentive to detail.
