Position Summary:

Creative Global Consulting (CGC) is seeking an experienced AI Strategy and Governance Subject Matter Expert to lead an enterprise artificial intelligence consulting engagement. This individual will serve as the principal AI advisor and provide strategic guidance related to responsible AI adoption, enterprise governance, generative AI, agentic AI, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices. The position will lead the development of the Current State Assessment, AI Implementation Strategy, three-year implementation roadmap, pilot recommendation, and executive-level final

briefing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment of the client's existing AI strategy, policies, standards, governance structure, risk inventory, and organizational readiness.

• Identify gaps in AI governance, policies, controls, safeguards, decision rights, and accountability.

• Develop an enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives, regulatory obligations, privacy requirements, and security expectations.

• Design a target-state AI governance framework, including governing bodies, approval pathways, oversight mechanisms, escalation procedures, and executive reporting.

• Develop a sequenced three-year AI implementation roadmap with initiatives, dependencies, decision gates, prerequisites, and resource requirements.

• Evaluate traditional AI, generative AI, and agentic AI opportunities, limitations, risks, oversight requirements, failure modes, and cost considerations.

• Recommend a practical AI pilot that is traceable to current-state findings and executable within the client's existing constraints.

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, executive workshops, and governance discussions.

• Present recommendations to executive leadership and the AI Executive Committee.

• Provide technical direction and quality review for all project deliverables.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data science, engineering, business, or a related field.

• At least 10 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, data, analytics, or artificial intelligence.

• At least five years of experience supporting enterprise AI strategy, AI governance, responsible AI, machine learning, or generative AI initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience developing AI strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, implementation roadmaps, or maturity assessments.

• Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, agentic AI, machine learning, model risks, human oversight, and responsible AI practices.

• Experience presenting complex recommendations to executive leadership.

• Excellent facilitation, analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Experience supporting federal agencies, federally regulated organizations, or organizations with significant public accountability requirements.

• Knowledge of the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, federal AI guidance, privacy requirements, and cybersecurity standards.

• Relevant AI, cloud, data, privacy, or governance certifications.
