Physical Therapist

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives. Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Education and Work Experience:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree: Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent.

Two years' Physical Therapy experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Facility Specific License/Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required

Dress Code: Permanent therapists wear maroon tops with black or grey pants. You are welcome to follow the same color pattern but not mandatory. Business casual is still required.

Additional Information: Large Outpatient Therapy clinic with supportive team to work with. We have PT/OT/SP. Appointment are 1 on 1, treatment length is 60 minutes by default but can be changed with therapist request. Weekly Schedule 4x10's with day off subject to change based on clinic need, can be agreed upon prior to start of contract. Tillamook is a wonderful coastal farming community, great access to the outdoors: hiking, MTB, fishing, and the ocean/beach. We provide service to the local community and to those in 45 minutes in all directions.
