Real Estate Paralegal

Job Description We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support the Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina office for the attorneys, as well as handle other office duties. Responsibilities Answer phones, respond to emails and manage client inquiries Recording and Post Closing duties Open and maintain legal files and documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Schedule and manage office calendar and appointments Perform administrative functions related to filing, mailing, data entry, and document production What We're Looking For Previous experience as a real estate paralegal, closing coordinator, or similar role Knowledge of South and North Carolina closing practices and title requirements Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with closing software (Qualia is preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite A collaborative team player with a professional, client-focused demeanor Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Work Location: Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina #J-18808-Ljbffr W3Global
