Associate Director, Global Marketing

Associate Director role focused on launch excellence and operational execution across the Global Specialty therapeutic portfolio. Reports to Executive Director and partners with global brand teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive consistent launch planning, readiness monitoring, and best practice dissemination.

Responsibilities

Partner with Global Brand Teams to support launch planning activities across specialty portfolio
Drive consistency in launch methodologies, tools, and processes across global specialty
Monitor launch readiness milestones and facilitate issue identification and resolution
Leverage digital tools to track preparedness, communicate progress, and identify risks
Capture and disseminate launch best practices and learnings across franchises

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience
Strong project management with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated commercial and business acumen
Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
Previous launch planning experience preferred
