Executive Director, Global Marketing, Companion Animal, Parasiticides Lead

Role
Lead global strategic marketing for the Companion Animal (CA) pharmaceutical portfolio, including therapeutics and parasiticides, to drive category growth and successful product launches.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and portfolio strategies, craft messaging, oversee creative campaigns, and influence category and pipeline development in collaboration with R&D. Lead a core team of 4 and influence a large global network; engage with cross-functional and regional stakeholders; manage multi-million-dollar budgets; enhance marketing capabilities and talent development.
Requirements
Minimum 15 years in animal health or related life sciences marketing, with proven leadership, global product launch success, and experience in portfolio management, segmentation, and brand positioning.
Education
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (MBA or similar) preferred.
High-Value
Extensive experience in animal health, therapeutics and parasiticides, global product launches, cross-functional leadership, and strategic brand management.
Work setup
Hybrid, with up to 40-50% travel internationally (Europe, Asia, South America).
