TravelNurseSource is working with Revolution Healthcare Services to find a qualified NICU RN in Austin, Texas, 73301!

Job Opportunity – RN NICU Level 3-4 – Austin, Texas

Start Date: June 29, 2026

Location: Austin, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 13-week contract. No on-call required. Weekend rotation as scheduled.

Highlights:

• Work in a high-acuity Level 3–4 NICU with 97 beds and a strong, experienced nursing team
• Patient ratio of 3–4 patients per RN, promoting quality, individualized care
• Utilize modern equipment including Medfusion and Alaris pumps, Giraffe isolettes, and GE monitors
• EMR system: CPN and Meditech
• Supportive night shift environment with dedicated RN staff and unit clerk
• Opportunity to work with a diverse neonatal patient population in a collaborative, compassionate setting

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 NICU experience required
• Current RN license in the state of Texas (or eligibility to obtain)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) and BLS (Basic Life Support) certifications
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred; not suitable for first-time travelers
• Friendly, outgoing, and compassionate demeanor
• Adherence to facility dress code, including navy scrubs; no artificial nails or nail polish
