Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finishedExplains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all workConveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while drivingMaintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all timesMinimum requirements include:Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truckLead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truckLead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residenceFull-time benefits include:Employee owned cooperative companyProfit sharing401kHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability InsuranceGenerous PTOCompensation: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearWe want to make joining our team as easy as possible.
