Facilities Technician

Job TitlePerform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, scrubber operation and waste removalHelp with moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as neededMaintain cleanliness of common areas, walkways, and exterior spacesSupport basic groundskeeping activities such as de-icing sidewalks and walk pathsAssist with simple painting and touch-up workHelp organize and maintain storage areas and maintenance suppliesAid in setting up and breaking down for meetings and eventsReport facility issues or safety concerns to lead and or managementPerform basic preventive maintenance tasks with minimal supervisionHandle minor repairs as directedKeep maintenance tools and equipment organized and in good conditionAssist with receiving and putting away of inventoryEscort vendors as neededVisit prepInspection of 3rd party providersAll other requests from F&M leadership
