Final Assembly Technician - 2nd ShiftWinston-Salem, NC 27107Employment Type: Contract to Perm Job Category: Industrial Job Number: 60445640 Pay Rate: $17.50 / hour Final Assembly Tech Shift-2nd shift- 2pm-10pm Pay- $17.50 Location- Winston Salem/Kernersville areaYour main responsibilities will be:Assemble various industrial fan products in accordance with detailed work instructions, technical drawings, and established procedures.Use hand tools, torque tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly tasks.Conduct visual and functional inspections of completed units to ensure compliance with quality standards.Identify and report product defects, equipment issues, or process deviations to the appropriate personnel.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company policies, 6S principles, and safety regulations.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support efficient workflow and continuous improvement initiatives.Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:High school diploma or GED required1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related technical fieldAbility to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagramsProficient in using hand tools, torque tools, and measurement devicesExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a teamPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shiftComfortable working in a production environment with moderate noise and PPE requirements
