You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.Your MissionYou will lead field marketing execution across North America, managing the connection between marketing, sales and SDR activity. You will turn event and campaign engagement into well-qualified opportunities, strengthen sales follow-up, and build a more strategic outbound motion around the audiences and topics that matter.The value you addLead the NORAM field marketing function, including two SDRs and an Events Lead.Manage inbound leads from events, webinars and other marketing activity, from qualification through handoff and follow-up.Partner with sales teams to improve follow-through on qualified leads and identify opportunities that are not being progressed.Plan targeted outbound campaigns with SDRs, using marketing automation and account-based marketing tools such as 6sense, and tailor messages to specific audiences and events.Coordinate field activity and campaign execution across a decentralized NORAM sales organization.Focus the team's work on conversion quality and pipeline outcomes rather than activity volume alone.RequirementsWe know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:c. 10 years of experience in field marketing, including marketing automation and account-based marketing campaigns.Experience managing or developing SDR teams and coordinating closely with sales.The ability to build targeted, multi-touch campaigns for complex buying journeys that can span 12 to 18 months.Experience in complex healthcare, life sciences or comparable B2B buying environments; a deep understanding of the buying journey is more important than specific diagnostic workflow expertise.BenefitsYou will be joining an organization with the patient at the heart of every decision and action, driven by purpose as we pursue exponential growth.Business recognition and accolades include: World's most innovative companies (Top 10)World's smartest companies (Top 50) 100 Best Places to Work in Boston Top 10 European Tech Startup Top 10 European biotechs startup to watchTop 25 East-Coast Biotech to watchOur benefits package is comprehensive, but varies internationally in-line with local standards and laws.
