Job Title: CNC MachinistOverview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team in Carson, CA, 90210. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced CNC machinery, ensuring precision and quality in every project. If you have a passion for machining and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Set up and operate Dovetail CNC machines to produce high-quality components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Utilize manual machining skills for tasks that require precision and attention to detail.
- Operate CNC Swiss Lathe and 5+ axis VMC to manufacture complex parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve machining processes and efficiency.
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a focus on Dovetail CNC and CNC Swiss Lathe.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues.
- Proficiency in manual machining techniques.
- Experience operating 5+ axis VMC machines.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
