• Comprehensive assessments: design and implement highly customized treatment plans tailored to your client's lifestyle and functional goals.
• Direct 1:1 therapy: provide hands-on, high-quality interventions to maximize patient recovery and independence.
• Collaborative care: coordinate directly with physicians, family members, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver a cohesive client experience.
• Empowerment & education: guide and train clients and their families to maintain long-term safety, wellness, and functional mobility.
• Agile documentation: maintain clear, prompt documentation in accordance with referral standards.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensure: active physical therapist (PT) license in the state of California (required).
• Experience: 2+ years of PT experience strongly preferred; prior home health or private duty experience is a major plus.
• Clinical independence: proven ability to work autonomously with exceptional clinical judgment.
• Professionalism: high reliability, flawless communication, and a polished, professional demeanor suited for VIP clientele.
• Tech literacy: tech-savvy with basic computer skills for quick, efficient digital charting.
• Work authorization: proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
