Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and classroom support.
• Develop a positive, structured learning environment.
• Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
• Implement student goals and instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan Special Education Teaching Certification
• Appropriate Special Education endorsement required
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable supporting students with a range of behavioral needs
