Job Description About the Role We are seeking a reliable and proactive Production Support Specialist to support our high-tech production environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth material flow, timely replenishment, and uninterrupted production operations within our manufacturing area. You will play a key part in maintaining lean processes, reducing downtime, and supporting efficient cleanroom operations. Key Responsibilities Ensure timely delivery and replenishment of materials, components, and consumables to production workstations. Remove finished goods, scrap, and empty material containers from the production floor. Manage Kanban systems and material call signals to support Just-in-Time production. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or material handling, ideally in a high‑tech or cleanroom environment. Experience working in a cleanroom environment is a plus. High level of reliability, organization, and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset. Physically able to move materials and stand or walk for extended periods. Proactive, structured working style with a focus on maintaining continuous flow. Additional Information The expected salary range for this position is between $27-$32 per hour. In addition, INFICON employees are eligible for a profit‑sharing bonus with a target of 10%. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
