Delinquency Resolution Specialist
Minnesota League of Credit Unions
TruStone Financial Credit Union in Burnsville is seeking a Collections Specialist to resolve delinquent member accounts and coordinate repayment plans. You will contact members by phone, mail, or in person to understand delinquencies and negotiate mutual terms to bring accounts current while minimizing losses for the credit union. The role requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, at the Burnsville office, non-exempt, with comprehensive benefits and housing a supportive, member-focused #J-18808-Ljbffr Minnesota League of Credit Unions
